Hi! Could I get my nails like this? 💅 What should I
book?
inspiration.jpg
Gorgeous choice! Two quick questions: what length and shape
would you like, and is there anything on your nails now
that needs removal?
Medium almond please. I’ve got gel on from another
salon.
Perfect. That design fits our Gel‑X Full Set with
hand‑painted art, plus a soak‑off removal.
Custom art is priced by our nail artist rather than
guessed—I’ve sent your photo to Maya for a
confirmed quote. Want me to hold Saturday 2:00 pm with her
while you decide?
Yes, hold it! 🙌
Done—Saturday 2:00 pm is held for you. Maya’s
quote is on its way!

Hi, do you have anything available this Saturday?
We do! Which service are you thinking of—and is there
a nail tech you prefer?
A classic gel manicure. Anyone is fine.

Hey, something came up—can I move my appointment?
😩
Of course, Ava. I found your Thursday 3:00 pm builder‑gel
fill with Priya. Our policy: reschedules are free up to 24
hours before; inside 24 hours the $15 deposit carries over
to your new time.
You’re outside the 24‑hour window, so
there’s no fee. Priya also has Friday 11:00 am or
Saturday 9:30 am open—would either work?
Friday 11 works!

SALON SOLUTIONS
Where could your salon use a helping hand?
Some owners need help keeping their calendar full. Others need their
evenings back. Start with the part of your business that needs the
most attention.
Bookings & returning clients
“I’m answering messages all day, and cancellations
leave gaps.”
Service questions, booking assistance, rebooking follow-ups, and
suitable waitlist offers.
Sat 2:00 pm cancelled→Offered to 3 matching waitlist clients
See an example
A client cancels Saturday 2:00 pm. The opening is offered to
opted-in waitlist clients who match the service and time, the
first to accept is booked, and your calendar stays full. You
set who gets offers and when—and the same assistant
answers questions and books new appointments, like in the demo
above.
“I finish with clients, then spend my evening catching up
on paperwork.”
Receipt extraction, suggested expense categories, invoice
organization, and daily sales summaries prepared for review.
receipt.jpg→Supplies · $42.80 · categorized for review
See an example
You snap a photo of a supply receipt. The amount, vendor, and
date are extracted, an expense category is suggested, and the
entry waits in a review list that you or your bookkeeper
approve before anything is recorded. Day’s end brings one
organized summary instead of a pile.
“Working out everyone’s payouts takes too much
time.”
Draft commission and tip calculations using your salon’s
rules, with refund adjustments and your approval before anyone is
paid.

At the end of the week, each technician’s services, tips,

your commission rules—including split rates or product
sales if you use them. You review, adjust anything, and
approve. The math stops living in your Sunday evening.
“I have reports, but I don’t have time to figure out
what needs attention.”
Weekly performance summaries, repeat-client trends, and low-stock
alerts where reliable inventory data exists.

Each Monday you get a short summary: how last week went, which
clients are due to rebook, and what’s running low where
your inventory data is reliable—three things worth acting
on, not another spreadsheet to decode.
Maybe it’s copying information between systems, chasing missing
details, or putting together the same report every week. Tell us how
you handle it today, and we’ll explore whether it’s worth
automating.

HOW A PROJECT WORKS
Start with the task that would make the biggest difference.
That might be booking messages—or it might be the receipts
pile, payout math, or the weekly report you rebuild every Monday.
You start with one workflow, see whether it earns its keep, and
only then decide what’s next.
Nothing goes live until it’s been tested with sample
cases—real messages, real receipts, a past pay
period—and you’ve confirmed the approval steps.
Find the bottleneckreview the task, how often it happens, and what it costs in
time or missed opportunities.
Define the first projectagree on scope, price, required connections, and what a
useful result would look like.
Build, test, and launchtest the workflow with sample cases, confirm approval steps,
and introduce it into the business.
FAQ
Common questions.
Can you help if bookings are already handled?
Yes—bookings are just one starting point. For many owners
the bigger time drain is what happens after closing: receipts
and bookkeeping preparation, commission and tip payouts, or the
weekly numbers. If your booking side already works, we start
where your time actually goes.
Can this work with my existing software?
Usually—but we verify before we commit. We review what
your booking, payment, and accounting tools already do and what
they let us connect to. Direct booking and messaging depend on
the platform, so we name specific integrations only after
we’ve checked them for your setup. Where a direct
connection isn’t possible, automation can still prepare
the work for you to confirm in one tap—and if your
software already covers a workflow, we’ll tell you that
instead of selling you a duplicate.
Is this worthwhile for a solo nail technician?
Often the most useful case. When you’re solo, every
message arrives while your hands are busy and every bit of admin
lands on your evening. The assistant answers questions and
collects booking details so nothing goes cold, and the same
approach can prep your receipts or weekly numbers. You’d
start with one small workflow, not a big system.
Can my bookkeeper or manager keep reviewing the work?
Yes—that’s the default. Automation prepares drafts:
categorized expenses, payout calculations, reports. Your
bookkeeper or manager reviews and approves them, and nothing is
recorded or paid without sign-off unless you decide a step is
safe to run automatically.
What happens when something needs my attention?
It’s flagged and held rather than guessed at. An unclear
client message is handed to you with the conversation and
details gathered so far; an unusual receipt, refund, or payout
is held for review. You choose how you’re
notified—and you can take over any conversation at any
time.
What determines setup costs and ongoing fees?
Two parts, quoted separately: a one-time setup for building and
testing your workflow, and a smaller ongoing cost for running
and maintaining it. The quote depends on which channels and
tools are involved, what your platforms allow us to connect to,
and how many workflows you start with. You get a defined price
for a defined scope before anything is built—discussed on
the strategy call, with no obligation.
How much involvement will you need from me?
We do the building and testing. Your part is the strategy call,
sharing the relevant rules—your service menu and policies
for bookings, or commission rules for payouts—and
reviewing the results before anything goes live. Typically a few
hours in total, spread over the setup, not days out of your
salon.
